We are seeking a Foreman or Supervisor to join our Paving construction team.
You should have a strong knowledge of construction principles and practices .
A Foremen can be responsible for running a crew.
The Foremen-will plan, direct, or coordinate the team’s daily activities concerning the prep or paving an object.
The Foreman will ensures the safety of employees and the public by complying with all safety initiatives, protocols and procedures.
Measure all projects and tracks yield each day, ensuring that daily production are met.
Prepared a plan for the day’s work for a morning huddle with the crew.
Overseas general maintenance of equipment
Completes-weekly timesheets accurately and on time .
Safety centered work culture .
Collaborative work environment
The ideal candidate ( male or female) should have atleast 3-5 years experience.
You should have a high school diploma or GED. You should have great communication skills and able to work well with others .
