We are looking for a Coordinating Supervisor for PPF technicians of door edge guards in the greater Lincolnwood area. (45 mins around Lincolnwood area)
We are partnered with auto dealerships in the area. Focusing on installing paint protection film on vehicles.
Paid training is included, which consist of 1-2 weeks for the trainee to understand the environment and capable of quality installs using our PPF kits, along with our service process.
Responsibilities
The Coordinating Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing field technicians on dealership sites
This position plays a crucial role in providing planning, team support, cost oversight, mentoring, leadership, and assistance for growth.
The Coordinating Supervisor manages field personnel and supports the team in handling customer-based real time solutions.
We are seeking a self-starter with a record of dependability and motivation to fulfill scheduled responsibilities without needing constant direction.
Maintain friendly contact and representation to our dealerships, as well as daily coverage.
Handling individual kit installs as needed to service dealerships.
Preparations for each upcoming week, potentially filling in any role within the production or install team as needed
Keep in contact with your team and delivering inventory needs for installation.
Training any new installers
Details
Must have reliable vehicle.
Must have smartphone for texting.
Schedule is daytime 5-6 days a week (Saturday mornings as needed).
8 hours a day normally.

$3,600.00 - $5,200.00+ per month
