Autofrost is a growing and successful frozen food distribution company. We are currently seeking a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route Sales Representative for our customers throughout Chicagoland. You will be responsible for the safe operation of a commercial delivery vehicle, security of truck inventory, accurate delivery, invoicing and payment collection.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience with direct store delivery but experience is not required. Work schedule is four 10 hour days, Tuesday through Friday, with opportunity for overtime.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Service existing business and promote growth with assigned customers
Plan and route workday based on geography and business hours
Deliver product to customers and maintain accurate inventory and delivery records
Ensure proper rotation, organization and stocking of retail inventory
Develop strong rapport with customers and key decision makers at store level
Execute company promotions and display opportunities
Utilize mobile apps for routing and invoicing
Communicate with sales staff and management
Ensure proper care, maintenance and safe operation of company vehicles and equipment
Maintain an environment where safety and customer service are top priorities
Requirements:
Pass a DOT medical physical
Work independently and make good business decisions in the absence of direct supervision
Maintain a clean driving record (CDL not required)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
