Qualifications
0 to 3 years prior experience in construction or labor work
Must be willing to travel around Chicago metro area
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project needs
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
Communication Skills: Clear communication is essential when working as part of a team
Being able to follow instructions, communicate effectively with coworkers, and understand safety briefings is crucial for the smooth operation of construction projects
Problem-Solving Skills: Construction projects often present unforeseen challenges

Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist with various construction projects
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to, carrying and moving heavy equipment and materials, digging and grading of trenches, setting up and dismantling of scaffolding, and assisting in the assembly and installation
This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of a minimum of 40 hours per week possible for Full-time
The schedule may include weekdays and weekends, and occasional evening hours depending on the project requirements
Carry and move heavy equipment and materials around the job site
