Job Responsibilities :
Assist in setting forms and pouring concrete
Operate hand and power tools for finishing surfaces
Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow instructions from foreman and project managers
Requirements:
Previous experience in concrete finishing preferred
For Labor position no experience necessary
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Familiarity with tools like trowels, screeds, floats, and edgers
Reliable transportation to job sites or to the shop
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
