We are currently seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for general maintenance of the building; painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and general building cleaning. Pool maintenance for an 85,000 gallon lap pool, 35,000 gallon therapy pool and two whirlpools.
Job Qualifications:
General maintenance experience including; painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Must have experience with pools. CPO certified a plus! Willing to learn job skills and accept direction. Must be able to work with little supervision throughout shift. Customer service experience a plus; this position can interact with members and may receive requests for assistance from members at times. Must become certified within 60 days of employment for CPR, first-aid, and AED, training provided.
Pool Experience HIGHLY preferred.
