Body Shop taking applications for an Experienced Production Manager / Estimator
Must be able to compose an estimate using CCC estimating program.
Must know workings of body shop production in body and paint departments
Must have knowledge of Cars / Parts
Ability to maintain schedule of vehicles based on delivery schedule
Ability to order parts and materials as needed
Ability to converse with customers / employees
Must have good Drivers License
I-Car Certifications a Plus
Duties include but not limited to :
Assist manager with writing estimates and supplements
Maintain productions board daily and review with Techs, Painter, Prep and detailer
Marking vehicles for work type, RO Numbers ,Delivery dates
Ability to qualify recycled parts when delivered
Accepting parts when delivered
Ability to make sure all parts are returned that are not being used
Reconciliation of parts with techs
Ability to make quick decisions to keep workflow moving
Work closing with Operation Manager
Prior Body Tech experience a Plus
Hours Monday - Friday 8-5 Closed weekends and Major holidays
