Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to assist a growing HR team in Chicago. They are looking for someone proactive with a sense of urgency who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsPost job openings and create job descriptionsAttend job fairs and recruitment events to source candidatesConduct interviews with potential new hires and assist with onboardingUse various networks to recruit and network with potential candidatesOther ad hoc duties as assignedAbout You:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience recruiting for part-time and hourly rolesExperience with sports recruiting a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExtremely organized with a keen attention to detailBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
