Recruiting Specialist

Our client, a global start-up company with a new office here in Chicago, is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support the HR Manager and help build out the company and HR team! This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and excellent team management skills. If you are looking to make an immediate impact in fast paced and rapidly growing firm, this is for you!Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboardingAdminister employee benefits programsMaintain HR records and employee filesAct as point of contact for all employee inquiries and concernsOther administrative duties as assignedAbout You:2+ years of Recruiting experience in a technology, software, or start-up environment (preferred)Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft OfficeHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to maintain strict confidentialityAbility to work onsite at their downtown office 5 days a weekBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
