The HR Manager will handle all facets of HR with a strong emphasis on employee relations and recruiting. This is an onsite role at their headquarters with the ability to work independently and work closely alongside the leaders of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of HR including benefits, recruitment, compensation, training, employee relations, performance management and more
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate benefits administration and non-benefit related insurance renewals.
Lead and mentor HR team members (Benefits Coordinator and HR Assistant).
Conduct staff reviews and contribute to succession planning.
Handle secretarial meetings and ensure operational support needs are met.
Assist with executive committee and partnership-related tasks.
Review vendor contracts and manage the annual budget for GL accounts.
Develop and maintain employee handbooks for non-exempt and exempt employees.
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a generalized HR role with people management experience
A strong background in employee relations
Bachelor's degree required
Strong managerial experience with a broad HR skill set.
Hands-on approach with the ability to handle varied HR responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
