Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is a Chicago headquartered firm with a great reputation and a keen eye for process improvement. Their HR Operations team is looking for its next addition in an HR Coordinator to help support the various non-recruitment HR functions. They are looking to bring in an HR Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. This role will assist with administrative duties for the HR team and support all functions of the HR team.The role:Onboarding and offboarding tracking and updatesBenefits administrationEmployee data management in WorkdayMaintaining employee files, running reportsHR Inbox ownership and being a point of contact for employeesSpecial projects as directedYou:1+ year of corporate or internship experience doing HR or administration work involving scheduling and coordinationInterest in human resourcesBachelor's degree, ideally within HR or businessStrong MS Excel skills honed in corporate settingStrong analytical skills balanced with a service-oriented demeanorWorkday experience preferred but not requiredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
