Mount Plaines Animal Hospital is looking for a part time receptionist. We are an AAHA accredited small animal practice located in Mount Prospect and are seeking friendly, compassionate, self-motivated individuals to join our team. This position does include a rotating Saturday schedule, however no after hour emergencies or Sundays. Our office hours are Monday 8-6, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 8-12, Thursday 8-6, Friday 8-4, Saturday 8-2.
We are look for self motivated individuals with good communication skills. basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multi task. Previous experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required.
Job duties include:
-Greeting and interacting with clients
-Answering phones
-Scheduling appointments
-Maintaining medical records
-Processing invoices
-Exam room maintenance
