We are expanding our team to include RN's, LPN's, CNA's that will be ready to serve our wonderful clients across Illinois. We will also like to have a Nurse Manager and DON on our team.

Registered Nurse (RN): Job Description:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing diagnostic tests.

- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications:

- Valid state RN license.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Job Description:

- Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring patients, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

- Collect patient information and report changes to RNs and doctors.

- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other medical procedures.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

- Support patients and their families with health education and emotional support.

Qualifications:

- Valid state LPN license.

- Completion of an accredited LPN program.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Job Description:

- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff.

- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.

- Help patients with mobility and transportation within the facility.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications:

- Valid state CNA certification.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work as part of a healthcare team and follow instructions.

Nurse Manager: Job Description:

- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.

- Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff efficiency.

- Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for nursing staff.

Qualifications:

- Valid state RN license.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Director of Nursing (DON): Job Description:

- Oversee the overall operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care.

- Lead and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to coordinate patient care.

- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure efficient department operations.

- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and administration, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Qualifications:

- Valid state RN license.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or healthcare administration preferred.

- Extensive experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably as a Nurse Manager or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
