Qualifications:
A caring and patient attitude, with a passion for helping others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team
Responsibility and accountability
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings
A driving license, driving experience, and excellent driving record
Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies effectively
Relevant education and experience, but we welcome all backgrounds and experience levels!
IDHS-approved DSP certification is strongly preferred
Experience with autism is strongly preferred
