We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PA/Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including managing acute pain.
Perform procedures such as cardiac catheterization, dermal fillers, and other minor surgical interventions.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret medical imaging results to guide treatment decisions.
Provide behavioral health support and education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
Skills
Ability to work in critical care settings, demonstrating quick decision-making skills.
Familiarity with medical-surgical practices within a hospital or clinic environment.
Competence in assessing vital signs and interpreting medical imaging results.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
