Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene tasks.
- Provide companionship and support
- Help with lifting and transferring individuals safely.
- Perform basic first aid when needed.
Skills:
- Experience in caregiving, senior care and assisted living environments
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic first aid procedures
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers of individuals safely
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and their families
- Understanding of social work principles for holistic care approaches
