IMMEDIATE OPENING for Experienced Front Desk Candidate needed for busy group Dental practice located in the West Town area. Applicants must be a team player and self motivated. The ideal candidate must have at least two years or more experience working with in a dental office and an excellent understanding of Dentrix. Only applicants with Dentrix experience will be considered for the position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Scheduling and confirming all appointments
Patient check in and out
Detailed insurance breakdown
Knowledge of CPT codes
Explaining treatment plans and benefits to patients
Communicating with Insurance Plans (submitting insurance claims and all necessary follow-up for payments
All day to day business transactions, ie billing, payments and AR.
