Dental Assistant:
Four-doctor dental specialty office in Chicago (Lakeview) has an immediate opening for a full-time and part time dental assistant. If you share our vision of customer-centered focus with a high-tech approach, this is the job for you! We're looking for someone who is a team player, has a friendly attitude and is enthusiastic (someone who likes to smile). You will need excellent telephone and customer service skills; proficiency with computers and MS Word is required. Responsibilities include setting up and cleaning treatment rooms, take digital radiograph and/or scan, order dental supplies, assisting the doctor during procedures, input data in our chairside electronic oral health record, answering phones, scheduling and welcoming new patients. Radiology training will be provided. We use digital radiograph and cone beam computed tomography.

Our usual hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. Wednesday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Sat from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Assistants are scheduled to work following shifts: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, 7:30 am - 3 pm on Saturday (if working). Some schedule flexibility is required as patient appointments may occasionally extend the workday. Front Desk:
Lakeview Endodontics in Chicago, IL (Lakeview) is looking for one front desk agent to join our team. We are located on 3753 N Clark St Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year working front desk at a dental office, specifically with treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients. Working knowledge with Dental Insurances is a plus. Organization, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills are key to success with this role. Full-time position for 4 days per week. Must be able to work two Saturday (8am-3pm) and two late shift (10am-7pm) per week. Responsibilities

Answer and screen phone calls
Verify insurance
Confirm appointments
Follow up on outstanding claims
Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
