Dental Assistant Position:

Our office is a team-based environment and a successful candidate for the Dental Assistant position will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Knowledge of four handed dentistry, implant procedures, alginate and digital impressions, crown/bridge procedures, sterilization and infection control.
Experience with digital X-rays
Experience with Dental practice management software
Excellent interpersonal skills both with teammates and patients
Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Experience: Dental Assistant, 1 year (Preferred)
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Duties and responsibilities of the Dental Assistant include, but not limited to:
Room and procedure set up
Assisting dentists during procedures using four handed technique
Exposing digital X-rays of patients
Fabricating temporary crowns, packing cord for crown impressions
Digital impressions for scanned restorations
Assisting Hygienists as necessary
Sterilization of instruments
Office Hours:
The position averages 35 hours per week.
Mon: 10:00am-7:00pm (Lunch 2:00pm-3:00pm)
Tue: 8:00am-5:00pm (Lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm)
Wed: 8:00am-5:00pm (Lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm)
Thurs: 8:00am-5:00pm (Lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm)
Fri: Closed
Sat: 8:00am-1:00pm (Rotating Saturday Schedule)
Sun: Closed
