Southport Betty’s is looking to expand its leadership team and is looking for a candidate that wants to learn and grow into this position.

We are seeking an experienced FOH or Bartender who is looking to expand their skill set and add/expand management to their list of skills they wield.

An ideal candidate…

Has some leadership experience, but is eager to learn more.

Excels at customer service.

Has good problem solving skills

Takes initiative

Is empathetic AND strong

Does not shy away from challenges

Thrives in a fast paced environment

Does not see a limit to their growth

Understands the Southport Betty’s culture and seeks to integrate themselves as such

Job Duties include the following:

Position Leads are expected to perform their assigned job duties to the best of their ability.

Ability to open/close ALL bar areas confidently, accurately and efficiently.

Hold employees accountable to their expectations in congruence with the Betty’s values.

Count cash drawers in and out at the beginning and end of each shift.

Know basic Toast troubleshooting (receipt printer, cash drawer, offline mode, modem reset…etc)

Knowing and anticipating various traffic flows on busy nights and how to handle sudden influxes or issues that may arise (ex. kitchen close, patio close, doors/windows close timesetc)

Attend to any HR related issues that occur on shift and can provide proper documentation.

Provide leadership to ensure all the team members have the supplies and materials needed to function at full capacity.

Be attentive to the flow of business and work proactively to solve problems as they arise.

Step in to provide service to guests as needed.

Solve any challenging customer service issues that may arise.

As a leader, you are representing Betty's brand even further and should act in accordance with company expectations.
