We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a love for creating great food, and bring strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency and care
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Assist with prep and inventory daily!
What We’re Looking For:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right people
Strong work ethic and team player attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Good knife skills
Familiarity with sautee, grill, and fryers
Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift 50lbs, and work in extreme temps (hot or cold)
