EvaDeans Bakery and Cafe is looking for new Barista/Retail Staff members to join our Team! Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available!
Barista/Retail Associate Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Knowledge of our offerings including Pastry, Desserts, Breads, and Cakes
- Serving customers coffee, tea, and Espresso drinks
- Taking specialty cake and custom orders
- Keeping Retail station and Cafe area clean, organized and stocked
Requirements:
-Must be 18 or older
-Must be able to work one weekend day or both, "Bakery" Holidays including Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve
-Must be a self starter, responsible and reliable, personable, friendly and outgoing
-Must be organized and pay close attention to detail
-Must have a ServeSafe certificate (within 30 days of hiring)
-Must be able to carry/lift 30lbs and be able to go up and down stairs repeatedly.
-The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of customer service/retail experience for Barista position
