Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate our team to deliver top-notch service
Maintain excellent standards for food and beverage quality
Oversee day-to-day operations
Handle guest inquiries and feedback
Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless service
Cultivate a lively and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
Perform and follow floor management protocols
Perform and follow operational systems
Qualifications:
Previous experience in high volume restaurant management
Previous Toast POS experience is a plus
Previous Opentable experience is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Ability to anticipate guest and staff needs
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
