As a pivotal part of our operation, you'll oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operations. Reports directly to General Manager.

The Ideal Candidate: We're seeking someone with a proven track record in management, possessing exceptional leadership skills and a dedication to excellence. Your calm and professional demeanor will set the tone for our team, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Having working knowledge with Toast Pos, catering and marketing sales a huge plus. We are looking to reinforce through proper leadership and out of the box thinking just how great of a team and company this is to work for. This is a great opportunity for someone looking ot bring fresh ideas, passion for the business and building and supporting an amazing team!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary and catering activities

Oversee guest services and resolve issues

Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation

Train and manage kitchen and front of housepersonnel

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Available to work nights and weekends

Ensuring the bar, patio and dinning room are set up for service

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Serve Safe Manager and Basset Certification

Ability to work as a team

Bartending experience a plus
