East Bank Club is hiring a Prep Cook to join our team! If you're passionate about food, hospitality, and wellness, this is a great entry-level opportunity.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour. This role is considered entry-level.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparation, cooking, and servicing all menu items
-Maintain proper food holding temps and kitchen cleanliness
-Keep work area neat, organized, and fully stocked
-Label, date, and rotate all products
-Support overall kitchen operations as needed
Requirements:
-Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
-Prior kitchen experience preferred (broiler, sauté, cold prep)
-Good knife skills; culinary degree a plus
-Positive, team-oriented mindset
-Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
-Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
