Pochos is a small, independently-owned brunch restaurant offering American and Mexican staples. We take pride in making things from scratch and bringing our customers top-notch food and service. We are looking for experienced restaurant professionals, fluent in English and Spanish. Service hours are 9am-3pm, 7days.

Position available: General Manager
Full time- 5 days a week, weekend availability is mandatory
Position provides hourly pay, with opportunity for OT
Starting pay $25/hr- commensurate w/ experience
Benefits include paid meals, sick days, PTO accrual, optional 401K Plan
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
-Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume service environment
-Posses solid leadership skills; demonstrate confidence w/
multi-tasking and delegating tasks
-Experience working various positions within the restaurant
-Posses City of Chicago Food Protection Manager Certification (Manager Servesafe),
Allergen Training and BASSETT Certification
-Must have POS experience (Toast experience preferred)
-Fluency in Spanish and English
-Ideal candidate is knowledgeable on Mexican cuisine
and is passionate about the culinary arts/ hospitality
