Pastry Team Member – Wholesale Bakery Production
Location: Wheeling, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM (Second Shift)
Pay: $17–$18 per hour, plus overtime opportunities

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pastry Team Member to join our production team. This is a hands-on position working with buttercream, fondant, and other finishing techniques in a fast-paced environment. Some prior pastry or bakery experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who shows strong work ethic and a passion for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily pastry production including icing, filling, and finishing cakes and pastries
Work with buttercream, fondant, and other decorations to meet high-volume demands
Follow production schedules, recipes, and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and SQF requirements
Support team members and communicate effectively to meet daily production goals
Perform other bakery tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Some previous bakery, pastry, or culinary production experience preferred
Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a high-paced production environment with attention to detail
Reliable and punctual for second shift hours
Willingness to work overtime as needed
