What We're Looking For:
A creative mind for developing seasonal, farm-inspired desserts using locally sourced ingredients.
Meticulous attention to detail in plating, presentation, and overall pastry design.
Excellent time management, ability to plan ahead and stay organized.
A team player who can also work independently.
Openness to constructive feedback and adaptability to last-minute changes.
Comfortable with lifting boxes and being on your feet for extended periods.
Flexible schedule-primarily daytime hours with some weekend shifts during peak season.
Leadership Opportunity:
As the Pastry Cook, you will have the chance to lead and develop the pastry department, bringing your vision to life. Working under the guidance of our Management Team and owner, you'll have the autonomy to innovate and make a significant impact.
