Job Requirements
Must be 21+
Service experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant
Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 65 pounds
Able to work extended hours on your feet
BASSET certified
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Accurately and enthusiastically highlight, serve, and discuss all our beers
Safely and effectively transport food and/or beverages to tables
Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs
Use tact and good judgment when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy
Accurately record and account for all items ordered
Ability to use and operate all necessary POS devices
Responsible for the security and reconciliation of the bar cash drawer
Stock/restock area of the bar with glassware and supplies as needed
Safely and properly change beer kegs
Manually wash and sanitize glassware
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
Open/Close the Tap Room as needed
Clean and maintain all areas of the Tap Room including restrooms and indoor/outdoor seating areas
