Part-time host: mostly weekend hours, approximately 20 hours a week. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays reliably. Must be able to multitask and demonstrate grace and poise under pressure. We emphasize hospitality, so a friendly and gravious manner is imperative. $17 plus tipout, gross in the $19-20 range per hour.
Front Busperson/backwaiter: 20-30 hours per week, experience with high volume. Must learn the menu and be able to answer guests' questions with aplomb and in a friendly manner. Demonstrate precision in clearing and cleaning tables, marking courses by seat number. This is a critical link between the server and food runner. The front busser is in the FOH tip pool, $11.02 base plus tip share, $20+ per hour gross.
We are also looking for one outstanding server with a stable, progressive job history in chef-driven restaurants. Weekend availability essential.
