We are seeking this chef to provide an unforgettable dining experience where exquisite food, impeccable service, and an inviting atmosphere come together to create the perfect dining escape.
This chef would be capable of creating a diverse menu that features a carefully curated selection of international dishes, made with the freshest ingredients and inspired by culinary traditions from around the world. Whether our guest is craving classic favorites or seeking new, bold flavors, every dish we would like the Executive Chef to prepare with the utmost attention to detail and the passion for creating exceptional food.
As our Executive Chef, you would play a vital role in our restaurant's success. This would include overseeing the kitchen's overall direction, creating menus, and managing kitchen staff. We would ask you to collaborate with other management to develop menus, prepare food, lead the kitchen team, and uphold health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate possesses strong culinary expertise, leadership, and management skills. Key responsibilities include menu creation, ingredient selection, kitchen operations management, and maintaining the restaurant's vision and quality.
It will be paramount to find a candidate who has culinary experience, leadership skills, and business acumen to run an effective kitchen.
Executive Chef Job Responsibilities will include working with the General Manager in:
Oversee back-of-house operations
Hires, trains, and manages kitchen staff
Sets the staffing schedule
Leads pre-shift meetings
Develop recipes and menus
Determines plating and presentation plans
Orders and evaluates the quality of new food
Stock the kitchen with the necessary supplies
Help with financial planning and budgeting
Handles and resolves customer complaints
Make sure the kitchen staff follows all food safety laws
Sets and implements the kitchen policies and procedures
We are seeking a candidate with flexible hours. We are open for lunch Monday through Friday, during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. starting back at: 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Weekends are: 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Executive Chef Qualifications and Skills:
Creates creative recipes and menus
Manages and motivates the kitchen staff
Works well in a fast-paced kitchen
Demonstrates strong business acumen
Excels at project management and is organized
Collaborates effectively and has strong interpersonal skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
A culinary arts bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred
At least 2 years of management experience is required
American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chefs (CECs) are preferred
