Monti's famous cheesesteaks in Lincoln Square is hiring one bartender/server position. Must work Tuesday 10:30-5, Thursday 6-12am, Friday 4-9 pm and Saturday night - 5pm-1am (plus minor closing time clean up on Thursday and Saturday night closing shifts).
We are a small operation with a small staff who work really well together! We are a staple in the community with an amazing clientele! We open every day at 11am and close every day at 10pm. We recently started staying up until midnight on Thursday and 1am on Friday/Saturday and the early results have been positive. These are great hours on high volume shifts for someone who is looking for a side gig or extra cash.
Must be able to self manage. So we can help you maximize your tips, you will be working solo unless you request support. We do have support people bussing and working the delivery during busy hours.
