Cooks for Full-Service Catering Company
WORK ENVIRONMENT / JOB DETAILS:
-Catering Cook will assist the executive and sous chef in daily kitchen preparation, organization and sanitation and will work as part of a team to ensure that all menu requirements for daily events are fulfilled.
-Events Chefs will work special events, off-premise events and assist executive and sous chef with prep work for these events.
-Part-time and full-time work available
-For on-premise and off-premise events
-Both daytime and nighttime positions available
-Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted regularly
QUALIFICATIONS:
-2-5 years of experience as a cook in the Culinary and Hospitalityfield
-Preferred line or short order grill experience
-Food Service Sanitation Certification is preferred
- Knife Skills and owns Knife Set
- Culinary Degree
- English language and professional communications skills are required.
- Ability to take direction well, work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment
