What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook ramen dishes, sides, and toppings to order with consistency and speed
Follow recipes and food safety standards with precision
Work closely with the kitchen team to keep things running smoothly during service
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
Pitch in wherever needed—this is a team-first kitchen
What We’re Looking For:
Kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with great energy and a strong work ethic
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Interest in Japanese cuisine or ramen is a big plus!
