What You'll Do:
Produce macarons in high volumes, ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and presentation.
Follow recipes with precision to maintain excellence in every batch.
Operate specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Collaborate closely with your team to meet daily production goals.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.
Perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, and lifting.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a similar high-volume production or pastry role (macaron experience is a plus).
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle fast-paced demands.
A commitment to following recipes and maintaining consistency and quality.
Physical stamina to handle standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
