Saigon Sisters Restaurant, an award-winning, independent family-owned restaurant in the heart of the West Loop/Fulton Market District, is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager ready to lead with an ownership mentality. We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, has strong culinary instincts, and is passionate about delivering first-class customer service. A valid ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification is required. We offer an aggressive and highly competitive hourly pay structure for the right candidate who demonstrates commitment and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations with a hands-on, owner-like mindset
Deliver exceptional, first-class customer service at all times
Manage catering orders and oversee execution
Prepare and present craft cocktails, adhering to our standards of quality and consistency
Perform daily line checks and uphold food quality standards
Step in on the cold line or as a server when needed
Manage digital platforms with tech-savviness
Ensure smooth, efficient shifts and problem-solve on the fly
Foster a positive, high-energy environment with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
Full open availability, Tuesday through Saturday
Closed on Sundays and Mondays
Proven leadership skills in restaurant operations
Passion for excellence and growth within an independent restaurant group
Prior QSR experience is a plus but not required
