We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Hospitality Champion to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience. You'll be more than just an order-taker; you'll be an ambassador of Cleo's, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and genuine connections.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome Guests with Warmth: Greet every guest with a genuine smile, make eye contact, and offer a warm welcome that sets the tone for their visit.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Take orders accurately and efficiently, answer questions about the menu, and proactively anticipate guest needs.
- Create Memorable Moments: Go above and beyond to make each guest's experience special. Build rapport, learn names, and remember preferences.
- Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Support each other and communicate effectively.
- Maintain a Pristine Environment: Keep the dining area, restrooms, and other front-of-house areas clean, organized, and inviting.

- Multitask with Grace: Handle multiple orders, requests, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.

- Adhere to Standards: Follow Cleo's policies and procedures, including dress code and safety guidelines.
- Actively present to work on time for scheduled shifts.
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Availability: Friday & Saturday 11:45a to 8p, Sunday 11:45a to 6p
