Bartoli's Pizzeria is hiring a part time FOH shift leader. We are a family-owned, award-winning, fast-casual/ delivery pizzeria with two locations in the Roscoe Village/ Lakeview and West Town neighborhood of Chicago . We have been featured on Cooking Channel, Travel Channel, Chicago's Best, Chicago Magazine, and ABC 7 Chicago News for our (#1), award-winning, deep-dish recipe, and famous Chicago style thin crust.
Responsibilities
Shift leaders-
Shift leaders are responsible for overseeing the team and operations while following the direction of the store manager. They ensure quality control, packaging compliance, expediting and inventory control. Shift leaders are responsible to make sure all Front of House duties are completed. Leaders set the example for all employees. Working closely with the store manager and monitoring store performance indicators and making necessary adjustments is a part of their daily responsibility. Shift leaders must have the ability to lead a high volume pizzeria/ restaurant.

-You must be self motivated, friendly and responsible
-High level of motivation and ability to follow instructions
-Ability to motivate team members/ set the example

-Excellent communication skills
-Must be able to thrive in a high volume fast pace environment
-Exemplary hospitality skills
-Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
-Work (30+ hrs/week) and ability to stand up to 11 hrs per day
-Ability to work extra days and times when required
-1-3 years experience as a leader or manager
