Requirements:
Demonstrated genuine interest and passion for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Minimum of 10 years of diverse kitchen experience
Comprehensive understanding of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices

Two consecutive days off per week
No late-night shifts
Closed on Sundays-Mondays and significant holidays
