Must have a strong / long history of an experienced head chef – both cooking and running all kitchen and staff needs.
Requirements / Responsibilities:
Have at least 5 years experience as an experienced chef running a high-volume, large kitchen
Ability to prepare different cuisines – such as Greek, American, Italian, etc.
Supervise all operations of the kitchen, its cook staff (sous chefs), back of house (BOH) staff, bussers/food runners, etc.
Have effective communication skills
Lives closes to Evanston or the north side of Chicago
Able to order all food and supplies
