We are looking for an experienced chef for its hotel & world-class museum for weddings & private events.
This person must have held a position as a main chef and be experienced in the food industry – both cooking & running the entire kitchen & staff needs. This includes:
Ability to develop menus
Purchase/Order supplies
Hire staff
Supervise independently all the operations of the kitchen, its cook staff, etc.
Effective communication abilities.
Be a team player and have a hands-on approach
Basic computer skills (MS Office) and email.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a main chef. Position reports to our Food & Beverage Director.
