We are Pompette, a 50-seat restaurant located in the heart of Bucktown at the corner of Armitage and Damen. We serve brunch on the weekends and dinner service 6 nights a week.
We are looking for a dishwasher to join our restaurant staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and wants to be part of a team that works together to provide our patrons with the best dining experience possible.
We are specifically looking for a full time Dishwasher for our dinner services 5pm-1030pm for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Responsibilities of Dishwasher:
Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team in a respectful manner.
Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.
Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
Cleans and sanitizes storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators.
Maintains the cleanliness of dry storage areas and the organization of storage shelves.
Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef and other managers as needed.
Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures.
