Culinary Supervisor

East Bank Club is hiring a Culinary Supervisor to join our kitchen team. This Culinary Supervisor role supports daily operations, oversees team members, and ensures high standards of food quality and presentation.

Rate of Pay: $24.00. This is considered a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and support culinary staff

-Ensure consistent, high-quality food prep and service

-Assist with daily prep lists and kitchen organization

-Coach team members to improve skills and performance

-Help manage inventory, food cost, and waste control

-Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen

Requirements:

-Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.

-2+ years in a culinary leadership role

-Strong cooking skills and kitchen knowledge

-Great communication and leadership abilities

-Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays required)

-Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
