Hey all, my name is Chris and I will be managing the kitchen at the Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club at Montrose Harbor this summer. I'm looking for a few reliable, hardworking employees to join our team ASAP. We will be open Friday-Sunday starting soon on May 10th, and then fully open from Wednesday-Sunday starting in June. Operating hours are mainly for dinner service (5PM-10PM), and lunch-dinner service on Saturday (11AM-10PM) and Sunday (11AM-8PM).
The menu is very straightforward, American style food. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, flatbread pizzas etc. I'm looking for someone who is efficient and consistent on the line, while being professional and keeping a sanitary work station.
Ideally looking for someone who wants to make this their full-time job, but also open to part-time availability as well. Compensation starts at $19/hr plus tips. With a small crew and auto-gratuity added to each bill, there will be additional income on top of the hourly rate.
We have an amazing view of the harbor and the skyline right from our kitchen window. You really can't beat the view. I'm excited to get service going soon and hope you want to be a part of it.
