Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Create and develop menus that are innovative and appealing to customers
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes meet high standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
