Part-Time Server and Cashier position available at Danke, a sandwich shop and wine bar in The Sterling Food Hall. The sister restaurant to the award-winning Table, Donkey and Stick, we have been in the food hall for the last eight years.
Danke is known for delicious handcrafted sandwiches on our house-baked bread, as well as cheese and charcuterie plates; our bar features rotating wines by the glass and beer. We pride ourselves on giving great service to regulars and new customers during our fast-paced, high-volume lunch service. Guest experience is a hybrid of fast-casual service at the cash register and counter service at our 12-seat bar.
We are currently looking for an outgoing, friendly, and detail-oriented cashier and server who has previous food service or hospitality experience and loves food. 20-25 hrs/wk, $20+/hr after tips. Danke is open Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm. (No weekends or late nights!) Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs. Wine and beer knowledge a plus!
