About Us:
At Lunch Heroes, we believe in doing more than just making delicious heroes (subs). Our mission is to give back to our community by using a portion of our profits to feed hungry kids in need. We are looking for dedicated individuals who share our passion for scrumptious heroes (subs) and awesome customer service!
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our mission to help hungry kids is upheld. Your daily responsibilities will include—
Greeting and engaging with customers to provide a welcoming experience.
Taking accurate orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Crafting delicious heroes (subs) with attention to detail and quality.
Working the expo line to ensure orders are completed and presented accurately.
Prep work to ensure a smooth workflow.
Dishwashing and maintaining a clean work environment.
Solving problems quickly and efficiently to exceed customer expectations.
We are seeking individuals who are:
Passionate about our mission to help feed hungry kids.
Customer service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
Excellent problem solvers who can think on their feet.
Team players who are willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience in the food industry is a plus but not required!
