Daytime General Manager

Location: 120 Live, Bartlett, IL

Hours: Primarily Daytime (with some flexibility as needed)

Position Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and experienced Daytime General Manager to join our team and lead our daytime operations.

Position Overview:

The Daytime General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations during daytime hours, ensuring top-quality service, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Schedule typically 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. Weekend shifts available

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day floor operations during daytime service

Supervise, train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Oversee food and beverage service to ensure quality and consistency

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations

Handle customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally

Manage inventory and order all food, beverage, and supply products as needed day to day

Maintain accurate inventory records and control waste

Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and evening management team for smooth transitions

Support marketing efforts, promotions, and daytime event planning

Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

2+ years of management experience in a restaurant/bar/hospitality environment

Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of restaurant software systems "Toast" (POS, scheduling, inventory) a plus

ServeSafe and BASSET certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
