We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support Kenneth, the CEO, in managing day-to-day operations, client interactions, and executive tasks. With at least 3 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will possess a bright, energetic personality and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is crucial in ensuring the CEO’s efficiency, fostering client relationships, and facilitating smooth communication across the organization.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s communications, including managing emails and responding to inquiries.Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are prioritized effectively.Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives.Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of client information and sales progress.Research prospective clients and partners, providing insights and recommendations for outreach.Facilitate follow-ups on sales and partnership leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication.Organize and manage virtual events or webinars to engage with clients and stakeholders.Support internal operations by liaising with other departments on behalf of the CEO.
