In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely background checks while delivering a high level of professionalism in all interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify employment, education, and references by contacting appropriate sources.Conduct 70+ professional and clear phone calls daily.Gather information efficiently using phone, fax, and email.Research and retrieve data accurately from various websites and databases.Provide timely updates to clients on verification progress.Support team goals by completing additional tasks as assigned.
